Wow... What an awesome read. The secondary story of Jerry Rice vs Randy Moss. Love it. I think Rice would have tried to grab the ball from his seat if he could have. Young is right about wasting quarters of course, and about the final two minutes. Instead of running plays the 49ers way, they were running plays the way any team in the NFL would down their... and they still had a chance, particularly on 2nd down. He's also finally saying what I have been for a while - this was the year, last year was the year... and I'm not so sure about our shot next season.
