Extra Point:
York is taking a the right approach here, but of course the approach is hard for any of us to accept. The paradox is that team needs continuity on offense, and they need to keep their coordinators together - but they also can only have the best coaching talent if they are able to let that talent grow out of their roles. We can only hope that they gain a few years so they can build some depth into the system before many take off.
