SANTA CLARA – Yesterday’s loss was the toughest loss of the season for the Niners – no question about it. They were supposed to beat the Cardinals and they didn’t, and now it’s looking doubtful that they’ll get a first …

Extra Point:
This second loss in a short period, against an NFC West team had to sting. I think the players and coaches are trying to put it behind them, and hopefully they can come together and rally. They may also be trying to re-focus a little bit, which might be needed with the way the season has gone.
