The nice thing about real OTAs is that most everyone is present so no one gets worn down. On the idea that Crabtree should have been there by now - my only defense for him is perhaps he has some sort of expectation of himself that he wants done before he works with team mates. A goal in speed or strength training where he wants to push and get that done. The only person who really knows is Crabtree though.
