Delanie Walker has graduated from soups and shakes and moved on to fruits and pastas. But the 49ers’ tight end is a long way from returning to practice and doesn’t know whether he will be able to rejoin the 49ers …

Extra Point:
I would be shocked if Walker is able to play next week... but the longer the 49ers keep the playoffs alive, the more likely he'll get a chance to contribute in the amazing way he did all season. Walker is one of the offensive quarterback type guys... he just gets it, and is a big factor in a variety of different roles. 49ers would be very lucky to have him back for any time in the playoffs.
