An interesting counter punch to Smith being the goat articles that made rounds earlier in the week. There are a number of things you can point to, including missed opportunity, or the lack of a run game at the very end. This is why you can never pin an entire game just on one player. Even the coaching was suspect at times (a fake fumbled snap... really? on the goal line when you have a running game?)
