The Niners have had two fights break out so far this summer... this one, Harbaugh jumped in to break it up. Spillman was sent to the locker room after the wrestling match - and Michael Thomas continued to practise. This may be more of a sign of "you are the veteran, you know better" than a true assignment of fault. With Spillman out, Thomas took his spot on defense, and receiver Chad Hall got to fill in a bit at safety showing his versatility. Other notables - AJ Jenkins had his best day... maybe as a Niner? ... Vance McDonald will not play in Friday's game.
