I learned something about 49ers safety Donte Whitner at Media Day that many of you probably knew already. He has a tattoo on his right forearm that reads “Thank God for Ginn.”

When Whitner first mentioned it …

Wow, an interesting tribute to Ginn Sr., and a very small world. Ginn hasn't lit it up this year - but he has been reliable for most of the season. Can he make a positive difference in the biggest game of his career?
