Steve Young just spoke on KNBR. Here’s what he said about Colin Kaepernick, Alex Smith and Jim Harbaugh.

I love Steve's take on this. He's seen it from so many different perspectives... I think he is right. I also think he is bang on about how Alex will have to balance resentment, double talk, and the pending end of his time as a starter for the 49ers with coming to work every day to help the team win. The 49ers can afford to keep both quarterbacks through the offseason, but my money is that it won't happen save for Kap imploding.
