Extra Point:Through two preseason games we have seen two versions of Alex Smith... although the offensive line may have been to a large degree the determining factor. Smith was razor sharp in his second appearance. He knew when and where to go with the ball. His interception was the lone pass he through where he did not seem to know what was going to happen before he snapped the ball. If Smith can continue on this trajectory, fans may finally start to believe.
