Yesterday I asked Jim Harbaugh about the percentages of coach involvement in the offensive game planning on a weekly basis, and surprisingly, Harbaugh said it’s primarily a Greg Roman production.

There's an element of succession that happens in a collaborative environment too... but I think Grant is reading into things here. We've heard on more than one occasion that it is a collaborative process. There's different input particularly from the HC, OC, RBC, and WRC.
