Cornerback Shawntae Spencer, who said last month he expected to part ways with the 49ers, has switched agents. Spencer’s agent had been David Dunn, who represents coach Jim Harbaugh and is someone who also has represented general manager Trent Baalke. …

I'm in the camp of never having too many starting caliber cornerbacks, but I do understand why Spencer will be on the trade market. I also understand why he wouldn't want his agent to have any perceived conflict of interest with the teams coach or general manager.
