If this was another sport what would happen?" Some players will argue it's not quite as easy as we think. They grab a shake or a bar or something from another player or trainer, and don't read the ingredients or they take someone's word for it... but the odds of being busted on a one off take of something like that are very low. Guys who get busted are doing this intentionally far more often than not.
