A good read. One tactic the Niners used last year for pre-season games was to actually not prepare for their opponents. They got slaughtered by the Saints, but otherwise it gave them a leg up on the games that mattered in the regular season. The longer offseason means they may not have to do that, but who knows. Harbaugh is always playing around with the rules of 'war'
