One of the things that worries me about the late nights is whether the team will exhaust themselves. Put passionate people in a room and they can work until 3 AM even if it's not necessary. If it isn't necessary, I hope these guys can dial it back. If it is truly necessary then I hope they do get some rest so their firing on all cylinders on game day.
