Seventy one NFL rookies caught at least one pass in the NFL this year. Not one of them is named A.J. Jenkins, who saw one pass go his way…

The bye week may have given Jenkins the most time to get involved in a game plan that he has had all season. The Niners need him to step up and stretch the field a little bit to help free up Crabtree and Moss. I would also expect the team to use Vernon Davis a bit more in the passing game this week. Davis was clutch last year in the playoffs.
