Rogers break up of that TD pass may be routine to him, but it's not something we have seen from the 49ers in a long time. Normally, our CB's were either beat, or not beat, it is rare to see them actually get beat, but still make a big play. That was a clutch play by Rogers, and the type of play you expect from your top CB. Rogers had great things to say about the front of the defense, and with good reason, they held strong and played very well against the run - but they also managed good pressure without a very heavy blitz which is also new to the team.
