This is a great motivational tactic. I hope the team is also spending some time thinking about how painful the offseason was this year. How hard it was to end the season on a loss in the second biggest game the NFL has to offer. It's worth thinking about how this team has evolved both on offense and defense this year, and how they have had to come together to overcome a slew of injuries.
