I said all of last season that the 49ers should be rotating their defense more frequently. It sounds like that is the direction they are headed in now - but anything can happen during the season to change that. If done properly it should help keep offenses guessing, keep the team fresh, and get youth some experience in case they are needed to step in - or eventually win the roles all together.
