Former 49ers head coach Mike Nolan's plan to keep the ball out of Colin Kaepernick's hands wasn't enough for the Falcons.
This was typical Nolan. He sets a plan, and let's it run its course with no adjustments. We are too familiar with that as 49ers fans, and happy the Niners could exploit it by determining what he was taking away, and just using one of their many other weapons. It took 17 points and a quarter to figure it out, but they did. Kaepernick is proving time and time again that he's capable. His status since becoming a starter are really in the upper class.
