Nolan is building up Kaepernick just like the 49ers did of Aaron Rodgers. It doesn't matter though - the really funny part of this article is Nolan taking 'some' credit for establishing the foundation the 49ers are winning on. Yes, no doubt, there was some good done by him, but I think he crosses the line in his play towards a head coaching job.
