It didn’t take Jonathan Goodwin long to endear himself to teammates, coaches and 49ers staff. The team’s center received the Bobb McKittrick Award, which is named for the former 49ers offensive line coach and given to the offensive lineman who …

Extra Point:
Goodwin is very deserving of the McKittrick award. Bobb would be proud of the way Goodwin has come in and played at a high level, been a pro in helping his teammates, motivating them, and getting the line calls down pat. All in a short season. Hard to pick Goodwin over the Staley though, who has had a remarkable season himself.
