Receiver Mario Manningham (shoulder), outside linebacker Aldon Smith (shoulder), fullback Bruce Miller (shoulder) and linebacker/special teamer Tavares Gooden (ribs). Not a good list of injuries, Manningham is particularly worrisome as he missed time last week, and the 49ers will need a full force passing attack.
