The replacement officials seem to be doing an equally bad job to all the teams - so I'm not surprised that they missed the penalty on this play. Players, all players, need to learn not to attack the head of any other player. I support fines of this nature. But wow... the magnitude really brings my salary (or lack there of :) ) into perspective! nearly 10k blow with one hit wowzers!
