I find it interesting that the coaches have not been on Kaepernick to slide. Maybe it's a Steve Young thing, where Young always felt he was at more risk sliding, or maybe Harbaugh just recognizes it might be better coming from the team then the coaching. I don't know. Also interesting that Kaeprnick knows he forced those throws late in the game. I wonder if he was told not to bother throwing the ball away. The line of questions / answers seems to suggest throwing the ball away was not an option, and with no one to dump off to, that means one thing. Force it and see what happens. Is that asking Kaepernick to do too much?
