Jim Harbaugh just held a conference call, and here’s the full transcript.

He addressed the Frank Gore trade rumors first, then he got into the rest of the team’s performance from last night.

Coach Harbaugh wants to talk football only. He's trying to set boundaries with the media. We have seen this before. That being said, trading Frank Gore is a horrible idea. Depth in preseason is not the same thing as the depth in the real season. Moreover, the guy simply wants to get paid. He deserves to be paid. The 49ers should offer him a reasonable contract. It should be that simple. I cannot fathom why the two sides would be that far apart. Apart maybe, based on injury history or age, but THAT far apart that would have a guy who has repeated said he wants to be a 49er for life asking for a trade? If that's the case the Niners better shape up and pay the man. Gore will continue to get the lions share of the work because he is the proven back and one of the best in the league at it.
