The NFL gave Jed York and the 49ers $200 million in support Thursday for their new stadium in Santa Clara.

York spoke on a conference call this afternoon, and this is what he said.

Great to get this piece of funding going for the stadium. The Niners need to keep breaking down hurdles to get this thing built. Is it sad that it won't be in the heart of SF? Of course, but the benefits hear are worth the move.
