I'm still not convinced Davis needs anyone defending him... but... heck I'll throw my two cents in anyway. Even if Davis doesn't lead the league in catches or TD's, he has shown he's capable of doing that while ALSO taking on defensive ends, linebackers, and and anyone else coming his way. He's a pro in the blocking game, which is more than can generally be said about explosive tight ends.
