With 13 draft picks, the 49ers have the ability to strike at just about any point. But what is the cost of targeting a player and moving up?

It seems that the cost to trade up this year is not as high as in the past. A stronger middle round of the draft, and the new collective bargaining agreement seems to be driving the price down.
