Jim Harbaugh gave an impromptu interview next to the field after practice.

He said he was only going to give us a little, but he gave us much more.

Extra Point:
Another solid interview from Harbaugh. This one is interesting because he pushes back on the media about two things: injuries and repeated questions. The repeated question about Edwards may have come from a different source - or perhaps he's heard or read about Edwards answering the question. I'm not positive Harbaugh has been as detailed in his response as he was in this one.

Sounds like Kaepernick is a good ways a long in learning the offense, and that the offense has moved up the learning curve also. Kaepernick being 'ahead' is a good thing - it gives the 49ers some security against Smith, but I am still surprised the team has not added a veteran backup. Harbaugh seems ready to put these guys on the field to see what happens.
