SANTA CLARA — Jim Harbaugh spoke to reporters Tuesday after practice. Here’s what he said.

A really good press conference well worth the read. Harbaugh clearly has a passion for good decision making - as his interest in Judge Judy can attest. Sounds like Colt McCoy is performing as expected and that special teams will be a key area to deciding the final roster.
