I think Harbaugh like everyone, was hoping Akers would have this sorted out before the playoffs. Given that he has not got it right, I'll be surprised if the 49ers do not add another kicker to the squad. I would expect the team to also look at bringing in someone without playoff miscues firing in their heads.
