The more I read about Kaepernick the more I like what I hear. He and Harbaugh are cut from the same mold. But I do wonder how many quarterbacks are not passionate about their jobs? Say what you want about Alex Smith, but if he didn't love football would he have endured all he has or just taken his millions and ran?
