GLENDALE, ARIZ. — Alex Smith’s confidence? Fine. The 49ers’ passing attack? Resurrected. Michael Crabtree’s and Randy Moss’s big-play ability? They sure looked dangerous against the Cardinals. The 49ers answered…
Extra Point:The 49ers were able to beat the Cardinals in the air because they played their game. They stayed balanced, were able to run against a stacked line, and threw passes that put both Alex and the receivers in a position to look good. When it comes to having a passing game, that is how it should look (perhaps with a sprinkle more Vernon Davis if possible). It wasn't long bomb after long bomb, it was schemed routes, smart and accurate passes, and big YAC.
