It’s good news, bad news when it comes to the 49ers’ ever-changing situation at outside linebacker. First the bad: Parys Haralson, who has started the last two preseason games, was…

The 49ers can ill afford to lose a linebacker, especially an outside linebacker. Haralson is a guy that has played consistently for the Niners. They need him on the field. Getting Cam Johnson back now gives him enough time to show if the Niners should keep him around. There's still a chance they can put him on the PUP which would save the roster spot.
