Extra Point:
I have no problem entertaining the notion that this was not Smith's brightest moment. Smith played well enough to win many games of the season, this was not one of them. The team also one in spite of him at times. I expect him to return, but I don't expect the Niners to be infinitely loyal to Smith. He will get better as he plays more for Harbaugh, and in the playoffs, and in those situations, but that also comes with experience, confidence and willingness to fail.
