Extra Point:Gore is one player who's jersey I am happy to wear. The guy is a role model through and through, and I am thrilled the Niners put a reasonable contract in front of him. He is very deserving on the teams rushing record, and the fans adoration. I hope he is able to spend his entire career with the club - but if history is a guide, that would be very difficult. It would accomplish something that Joe Montana and Jerry Rice could not do. Can Gore follow in Steve Young's footsteps and retire a Niner?
