Gore doesn’t start game, but he finishes it



PHILADELPHIA – When Jim Harbaugh saw injured Frank Gore moping in practice three days ago, he walked up to the running back and reminded him that he was a team captain and that every other 49er was watching him.

Calling Gore a 'warrior' is just another accolade for Frank. The guy has been waiting for a game like this - it has been a very tough season. He and Hunter worked well off of each other, and as the pass game started to loosen things up, and the Eagles defense start to soften, Gore was licking his chops. His touch down run was vintage Frank. There was no way he was not going to score there. Same can be said for Davis on his touchdowns. Meanwhile Hunter is providing an extra pop to the offense too.
