According to reports, former 49ers nose tackle Aubrayo Franklin signed with The New Orleans Saints this afternoon. The deal is for one season.

I really do not get this. Either the 49ers are willing to sit back and let these guys go, or for some reason everyone is running to get out of here. Winning teams do better in free agency, but I find it hard to believe we could not compete. Just when I was starting to feel better... Franklin coming back for a visit... he gets stolen from us.
