Jeff Garcia spoke on 95.7 The Game Monday morning. Here’s what he said about Colin Kaepernick.

Garcia does a nice job breaking down the X's and O's of how Kaepernick was reading the Green Bay defense. You can't question Kaepernick's swagger, the spiked ball at Green Bay defenders that lead to an unsportsmanlike penalty is proof of that. Not only did he taunt, he backed it up with actions.
