Film review: Oh irony — Kap needs to be a better game manager



Here’s the oh-so-interesting subtext to Sunday’s game in St. Louis: The Rams defense forced Colin Kaepernick to play conservatively, to hit his checkdowns and to throw the ball away…

Extra Point:

You don't know what you've got until it's gone.... that being said, I don't think Kap was forced to throw to the check downs. I do think the 49ers had no answer for the pass rush, and Kap was unable to find the hot receiver over and over again. This article is well worth the read, because it exposes the many reasons why the 49ers did not win this week against the Rams. Most of it, I think, comes down to coaching decisions.
