Some really interesting insight on defensive vs offensive personalities in the redzone. I agree with Harbaugh that having personality is important (be tough!) but not showing recurrent process is also. Crabtree continues to get a lot of support from the team, and fellow receiver AJ Jenkins is diagnosed with "the learning curve" that affects all receivers. I'm not surprised, I said the same things.
