Walker has identified something I noticed a few weeks back, when the delay of game penalties started to return. The team is not hustling between plays (maybe they are tired, maybe they are confident, maybe things are not as urgent for them). Smith has less time to make decisions and audible, and at times penalties are called. This may be "the most simple fix" but it may actually be the root of the sluggish performance we have seen lately. If Smith can't use his best asset, his brain, to the team's advantage, then things will move slower.
