Carlos Rogers spoke on KNBR Thursday evening. Tom Tolbert asked Rogers if he felt sorry for Alex Smith. Here’s what Rogers said.

Many people were wondering whether the quarterback switch would split the locker room... if you listen to what Rogers is saying, it's much easier to understand how and why players just rally around the guy in the huddle. That is... until that guy starts letting the team down.
