Right before Bruce Miller eases into his stance he hears a voice in his ear hole. It's not Freddy P. Soft. It's Frank Gore, the veteran running back who constantly reminds Miller of where to go, who to block and… Extra Point:
Gore and Miller are working very well in tandem, and Gore knows football like a well tuned Quarterback, so the extra help is a benefit to Miller. Calling Miller a mini-Rathman may be a bit ahead of the game, but each week you do see Miller getting to the spots he needs to a bit faster, and springing Gore that much faster too. Perhaps the young legs help a bit too!
