The NFL will  not suspend Braylon Edwards week 1 against the Seahawks for a DUI he plead guilty to last year.

The NFL probably wants all the focus to be on football .... Edwards got off easy, it's no example for others, but given the Niners need for explosive offense, good news for the team. Edwards has been a model citizen since arriving on the squad - if he keeps that up, perhaps he can be a role model one day.
