Baalke really should be executive of the year. Not just for his player additions but for his coaching selection. Yes, there was a foundation laid before him, but that is the case with ANY executive or coach for that matter. Fact is this team went through 3 coaches with a reasonably talented roster before Harbaugh could put the pieces together.
