Smith did injure his finger. I'm still trying to get clarity on whether it is his throwing hand or not. I've heard both. He makes an unbelievable point about the defense giving up only 3 points in two games. If any offense can't win in that situation that would be something. The offense dazzled this week, but to go ahead and not respect how good the defense has been the past two weeks would be a huge mistake. As far as that goes, I said all last season, and players started saying it this season - the offense has to be able to play good enough to show respect to the defense. This was lights out an awesome team victory.
