Most of Smith's interview was the typical "go and play hard, the guys around me area great" but as you get to the end, he talks about how he handles being on the sidelines, what his expectations are for those on the sidelines, and how they can all help each other out. I thought that was particularly insightful, I also though it spoke to the team cohesion.
