Akers seeking return to form against former coach

John Harbaugh helped David Akers develop his game. Sunday the kicker looks to return to form against the coach who helped create it.

Akers reportedly had a perfect week of practice. He'll have his work cut out for him in a real pressure situation to see if he can help the Niners out. I'll re-affirm my position that the 49ers need to be scoring touchdowns all game to win... if Akers does get a try though, that will mean the 49ers really need him to come through.
